Stella Y. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and design management. Currently serving as Senior Development Manager at Urban&Civic since July 2022, Stella previously held the role of Senior Design Manager at Stonebond Properties and Development Manager at Be Living Ltd, where contributions included leading the design for the Build to Rent team and delivering the first BtR scheme in West London. Earlier career positions included Senior Design and Planning Manager and Technical Manager at Taylor Wimpey plc, where Stella was instrumental in managing a £150M joint venture focused on delivering homes within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
