Claire Birkhoff currently serves as the Head of People at Urban Arrow, where a robust community supports over 75,000 electric cargo bikes across 26 countries. Claire's previous experience includes key roles at Philips as Global HR Director for various enabling functions and as Global HR Program Manager for integrated supply chain, achieving significant enhancements in succession health, inclusion, diversity, and employee engagement. Prior to Philips, Claire held senior HR project manager responsibilities at Randstad Nederland, leading a transformative performance system for 4,800 employees, and began a career with a management trainee role at Randstad. Additional experience includes an internship in public relations at L'Oréal. Claire holds multiple degrees in management and organizational development, coaching, and media from distinguished institutions such as the University of Amsterdam and TA Academie.
