Ressa Asprer currently serves as a Delivery Supervisor, Production Systems Engineer, and Pollution Control Officer at RGC Group (Uratex Philippines) since July 2019, overseeing production line certification, capacity optimization, and environmental compliance initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as SCM and Demand Planning Analyst at Leonie Agri Corp, where responsibilities involved aligning production demands with raw material requirements, and as President of the Moncadenians of Southern California Scholars Association, leading community outreach programs. Ressa's career began with an internship at onsemi, gaining exposure to import/export logistics processes. Ressa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Tarlac State University, completed in 2018.
