Pete Duryea is an experienced construction management professional with a diverse background in project management and concrete installation. Currently serving as Assistant Project Manager at Urata & Sons Cement, Inc. since March 2014, Pete specializes in structural and non-structural concrete installation. Previously, as Construction Manager at APSI Construction Management from November 2007 to November 2013, responsibilities included managing construction projects for notable clients such as GSA and USDA, as well as overseeing estimating, schedule reviews, and document control. In earlier roles, Pete excelled as Community Development Superintendent at Kimball Hill Holmes, where a focus on project and contract management led to significant cost savings, and as Project Manager at Image Landscape, Inc., handling project management and materials procurement. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
