Valery Marchenkov currently serves as the Head of Machine Learning at UralChem since January 2024 and as a Scientific Advisor at S7 Airlines since September 2020, where contributions include leading a recommender system development and guiding master's theses in Information Technologies in Aviation. Valery also holds positions as a Visiting Lecturer at HARBOUR.SPACE and as a Practice Instructor for Machine Learning and Deep Learning courses at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS." Previous experience includes roles as a Structural Analysis Engineer at Boeing and a Design Engineer at Alfa - Design LTD. Valery's educational background features a Master of Science in Computer Science from MIPT and ongoing doctoral studies in Artificial Intelligence at MISIS, complemented by an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
