Михаил Лопатин currently serves as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Head Of Corporate Finance and Treasury at UralChem since April 2019, overseeing significant group debt management, M&A coordination, and centralized treasury operations. Lopatин is also a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Fertilizer, one of the world's largest ammonia producers, since November 2021. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Freight One, Snegiri Development, BNP Paribas, and Sberbank, with a focus on corporate finance, treasury management, and credit risk analysis. Lopatин holds a Bachelor of Science degree in banking from the Higher School of Economics.
