Pau Rivero has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. From 2011 to 2012, they were an Accounting Intern at The Causeway Family of Dealerships in Manahawkin, New Jersey. In 2012, they became the International Business Developer Director at Spokeable, where they were responsible for developing the digital marketing plan, market research, analysis, community management, CRM, e-mail marketing, content curation, branding, and engagement. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Community Manager at CinesMN4, where they increased the visibility and traffic to the cinema's social media profiles and main website. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Activation Executive - Sales & Trade Marketing at HEINEKEN, managing a portfolio of the company's best customers and increasing the product mix and the growth rates of the area. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Ecommerce Account Manager at Hasbro, where they developed the strategic plan for the Spanish Online Market and increased portfolio ranges and sales levels to reach annual objectives. In 2018, they became the Ecommerce Manager at Grupo Bimbo, developing and implementing a solid e-commerce strategy for Grupo Bimbo Iberia. From 2018 to 2019, they were the COO at MintyPASS, the ultimate online solution for physical retailers. In 2019, they became the COO at uQR.me, where they contributed to business growth, analyzed internal and external operations, and identified improvement areas.
Pau Rivero has a diverse education history. In 2008, they obtained a Licenciada en Doble Titulación en Administración y Dirección de Empresas from the University of Valencia, with a field of study in Marketing/Gestión de marketing, general.
