Emrah Ayaz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and machine learning engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Upwork since November 2022, Emrah has previously worked as a contractor at Booking.com and held senior positions at GittiGidiyor and Turkcell. Emrah's career includes significant roles at Sony, Anadolu Sigorta, and Asseco South Eastern Europe, where expertise in Java EE technologies was applied, as well as pioneering efforts as a co-founder of Intexe Software Solutions. Emrah holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Middle East Technical University and has foundational education from Kadir Has University.
