Ryan Arledge has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Ryan is currently employed at Upwing Energy as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Pracon Consulting Group LLC as a Project Engineer, where they were responsible for the development of surface and underwater equipment. Ryan also performed NRE cost estimating and was involved in CAD modeling and manufacturing drawings.
Ryan also worked at Raytheon as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and at skyTran as a Mechanical Engineer. At Faraday Future, they served as a Mechanical Engineer and was involved in the design and release of drive unit rotor assemblies. Ryan also led the mechanical design effort for the redesign of a gearbox housing.
Earlier in their career, Ryan worked at Parker Diving Service / SubSea Global Solutions as an Equipment Development and Project Engineer. Ryan was responsible for designing and developing new equipment as well as optimizing existing equipment. Ryan successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously and worked with cross-functional teams.
Before that, Ryan worked as a Project Engineer Intern at Parker Diving Service, where they were responsible for CAD modeling and drafting. Ryan also implemented standardized engineering detail design templates and formats and improved the ship inspection reporting process.
Ryan Arledge earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. Ryan pursued their education at the university from 2004 to 2009.
