Assaf Wahrhaft is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at UpWest since June 2019, Wahrhaft previously held the role of Partner and Principal at Viola Credit from January 2012 to February 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a Corporate & Securities Lawyer at GKH & Co. from 2007 to January 2012 and working as a Product Manager at iMDsoft from 1999 to 2007. Academic credentials include an EMBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an LL.M. in Business Law (Magna Cum Laude) from Reichman University, and both an LL.B and B.A. in Law and Business Administration from Reichman University.
