Lasse Søberg has a significant work experience in various roles related to design and development. Lasse is the Founder, CPO, and Lead Designer at Upwave since January 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the CEO and Lead Designer at Symphonical from February 2008 to December 2015, where they shaped user experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Lasse also worked as an Interaction Designer and developer at Ethos, Pathos & Logos from May 2006 to February 2008.

Lasse Søberg attended Elvebakken from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued an undisclosed field of study. Lasse then enrolled at Norges Kreative Fagskole from 2004 to 2005, specializing in Macdesign. Later, from 2005 to 2006, Lasse attended the Emergence School of Leadership to study Projektdesign.
