Monty Smith has extensive work experience in project management and IT roles. Monty is currently working as a Project Manager in the Professional Services department at BridgeHead Software since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Aptean Food & Beverage ERP and a Project Manager at US Radiology Specialists. Monty has also held various project management positions at DataFirst Corporation and Watson Health Imaging. Before transitioning to project management, they worked as an IT Director and Security Officer at Lasalle General Hospital Inc. Monty has also worked as a Network Installer/Project Manager at GeauxTech and held project management roles at Agfa HealthCare and Carestream Health, where they managed several complex diagnostic imaging projects. Overall, Monty has a strong background in project management and IT, particularly in the healthcare industry.

Monty Smith attended Central College from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Architecture and Computer Design. Monty then pursued their education at the Community College of the Air Force from 1991 to 1993, earning another Associate of Science degree in AA, Criminal Law. Lastly, Monty Smith attended Liberty University from 2015 to 2017, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
