Frank Novo currently serves as VP of Network Operations at UPtv since October 2013. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Director of Network Operations for Latin America at BBC Worldwide from September 2010 to September 2013. Frank's experience also includes working as Operations Manager for Mega TV at Spanish Broadcasting System from November 2005 to September 2010 and as Operations Manager at Claxson from 2000 to 2005.
