Colin Dologhan is an experienced recruitment professional specializing in technology and change management. Currently serving as the Head of Tech Recruitment at Uptime since November 2022, Colin focuses on recruiting skilled tech engineers for internal functions and supporting a global client base in multiple regions, including the UK, Sri Lanka, South Africa, New Zealand, and the US. Previous roles include Lead IT & Change Recruiter at Orbital Resourcing Ltd (September 2020 - July 2022), Senior Recruiter/Director at TLP (November 2013 - August 2019), Senior Consultant at Highams (January 2013 - June 2013), and Regional Account Director at TLP Consultancy (February 2005 - July 2012), along with a foundation as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Reflex Computer Recruitment (2000 - 2004).
