Serg Rumyantsev has held various roles in the tech industry since 2004. From 2021 to present, they have worked as a DevOps Engineer for upSWOT. From 2013 to 2021, they were a Project Manager/ Software Engineer for GF Systems. From 2009 to 2013, they were a Technologist, Purchasing Manager, and CAD programmer for JFC Rostok Company. From 2006 to 2009, they were a Project Manager/ Software Engineer for Institute of materials of electronic techniques, where they were responsible for manufacturing silicon carbide and negotiating and concluding contracts with suppliers. From 2004 to 2006, they were an Instructor for students of 1-2 rates at \u0423\u043d\u0438\u0432\u0435\u0440\u0441\u0438\u0442\u0435\u0442 \u0422.\u0413 \u0428\u0435\u0432\u0447\u0435\u043d\u043a\u043e, where they also worked as a technologist, programmer, and C# Developer.

Serg Rumyantsev received their Magistr in the Quantum Field Theory from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv between 1996 and 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they were a researcher at the Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretical Physics, where they specialized in dusty plasmas modelling.
