Douglas Davidson has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Douglas started their career in 2002 as the owner of their own company, Davidson Network Services Inc., where they performed IT consulting, network installations, and PC support until 2005. After that, they joined IBM Canada Ltd. as a Technical Support Analyst, providing Level 1.5 service desk assistance until 2007. From 2007 to 2018, they worked at Monitor 24-7 Inc. as a System Engineer. During their tenure there, they gained extensive experience in system administration and engineering. In 2018, Douglas joined Upstream Works Software, where they held various roles, starting as a Professional Service Analyst and then progressing to become a Senior Professional Services Analyst. In October 2020, they transitioned into their current role as a Technical Project Manager. Throughout their career, Douglas has consistently demonstrated their technical expertise and dedication to delivering high-quality IT solutions.
Douglas Davidson obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Ryerson University. Douglas studied at Ryerson University from 1998 to 2003.
