Christos Baras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations, currently serving as the Director of PMO & Operations for the Africa and Asia region at Upstream since September 2014. Previous roles at Upstream include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, where Christos focused on mobile commerce project implementation across multiple countries, ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability. Additional experience includes leading a User Experience Engineering team and serving in customer service and sales at the Hellenic Telecommunications Organisation. Christos holds a Master of Management in Business, Innovation and Technology from Athens Information Technology and an Integrated Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras.
