Kathleen McMullen is an experienced professional in philanthropy and investor relations with a strong track record in securing funding and managing donor relationships. Currently serving as the Investor Relations Officer at Upstream USA since February 2022, Kathleen previously held key positions at PATH, including Deputy Director and Senior Philanthropy Officer, where significant fundraising successes were achieved. Kathleen's earlier roles involved leadership in development at organizations such as Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands, where approximately $5 million in gifts were secured, and the Washington Low Income Housing Alliance, where Kathleen managed relationships with numerous stakeholders. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and French from Dickinson College, Kathleen has demonstrated expertise in cultivating donor support and implementing strategic fundraising initiatives across various nonprofit sectors.
