Dahiana Loaiza, MS, MA, currently serves as an Investor Relations Specialist at Upstream USA, having progressed from an Investor Relations Associate since February 2022. Previously, Dahiana was a Recruitment & Retention Specialist at The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, focusing on participant recruitment and program implementation. Experience also includes serving as a Senior AmeriCorps Team Leader at City Year, where responsibilities involved leading members and managing data collection at Curtis Guild Elementary School. Earlier roles include Research Assistant positions at both Massachusetts General Hospital and The Disparities Solutions Center, along with a Patient Access Intern role at Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program. Dahiana holds a dual master's degree in Global Health Policy and Management and Sustainable International Development from The Heller School and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University.
