Mike Santos is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Upstream Bio since March 2024. Prior to this role, Mike held similar positions at Beam Therapeutics from September 2020 to March 2024 and Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. from January 2016 to September 2020, where Mike progressed from Associate Director of Finance to Senior Accounting Manager. Additional experience includes senior accounting roles at Synageva BioPharma Corp. and Cardinal Health, as well as a financial analyst position at Oscient Pharmaceuticals. Mike began their career as a staff auditor at Wolf & Company, P.C. and a staff accountant intern at Restivo Monacelli LLP. Mike holds an MS in Accounting from Northeastern University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
