Dave Noble, PMP, is an experienced IT Project Manager currently employed at Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. since September 2019. Previously, Dave held the position of Project Manager at General Motors from 2013 to 2019, focusing on Quality IT application development projects and leading cross-functional teams. Prior to General Motors, Dave worked at Hewlett-Packard from 2008 to 2013 as a Project Manager overseeing multiple product launches and deploying IT systems for quality and production monitoring. Starting the career at Electronic Data Systems from 1997 to 2008 as an IT Analyst and later as an Applied Analyst, responsibilities included configuring plant floor software and managing ISO, Change Management, and Incident Management process documentation. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University at Buffalo, earned between 1989 and 1994.
