Elena Cavallero has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Starting in 2013, they completed an internship at Formapensiero before moving on to Assolombarda, where they worked as an Events and Communication Assistant and later as an Events Assistant. During this time, they gained experience in planning and organizing projects, managing institutional communication, and coordinating events across Italy.

In 2015, Elena joined The University of Manchester as a Student Engagement and Administration Assistant. Elena also served as a Social Media Editor for the School of Arts, Languages, and Culture, where they developed and implemented communication and marketing programs using platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest, and YouTube.

From 2016 to 2021, Elena worked at XTRAX Arts in various roles, starting as an Administrator and progressing to Project Manager, Digital Development. Elena also served as a Digital Development and Project Coordinator and an Events and Marketing Officer. Elena'sresponsibilities included marketing delivery, project administration, planning events, liaising with festival partners and artists, and creating promotional material.

In 2021, Elena took on roles as a Trainee Full Stack Developer at Northcoders and a Junior Software Developer at D55 Limited, where they gained experience in software development.

Continuing their career in software engineering, Elena joined AND Digital in 2021, initially as an Associate Developer and later as a Product Developer.

Most recently, Elena joined KrakenFlex (Octopus Energy Group) in 2023 as a Software Engineer.

Alongside their professional experience, Elena also served as a Board Trustee for the Manchester Jazz Festival from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer under their own company name from August to November 2021.

Elena Cavallero pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2010 to 2013, they attended IULM University and obtained a Laurea degree in Communication in the markets of arts and cultural heritage. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, they pursued an MA in Arts Management, Policy, and Practice at The University of Manchester.

In addition to their formal education, Elena Cavallero has also acquired various certifications. These include "GraphQL Essential Training" and "Learning Java" from LinkedIn, as well as "React Hooks" from LinkedIn, all obtained in January 2022. Furthermore, Elena Cavallero obtained an IELTS Academic certification from the British Council in June 2014. Elena also holds an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they acquired in December 2022.
