Amy Little has worked in various roles since 2013. Amy started their career as a Reception and HR Support at Acrobat Carbon Services Ltd, where they also worked as a Call Centre Agent, Field Staff, HR Admin and Support, and Sales Admin and Technical Support. In 2016, they moved to Ultimate Products as an HR Assistant. In 2017, they returned to Acrobat Carbon Services Ltd as an Office Management, Executive Support, and HR Assistant. Since 2019, they have been working as the People Operations and Office Manager at KrakenFlex (formerly Upside Energy).

Amy Little has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012. In 2015 they completed a CIPD Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice from BPP University, with a field of study in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Amy also holds a CIPD Foundation Certificate in HR Practice from CIPD.
