Sarah Leffew Montgomery has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sarah began their career in 2012 as a Sales & Merchandising Manager at Lane Creek Golf Club, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to a Merchandising Manager role at Coach for a few months before joining ImageNet Consulting, LLC as a Sales Representative.

In 2016, Sarah joined Paycom as a Sales Representative, where they collaborated with CFOs, CEOs, and CHROs to drive efficiencies within their HR/payroll functions. Sarah provided demos and training on Paycom's technology and managed client implementations. Sarah remained in this role until 2018.

From 2018 onwards, Sarah's career took a more strategic turn. Sarah worked as the Enterprise Sales Director at Drummond for a few months before joining Upshop. At Upshop, they have held several positions, starting as a Sales Director and then progressing to the role of Director of Strategic Account Executives. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Solutions Consulting.

Sarah Leffew Montgomery attended Commerce High School for their secondary education. After graduating from high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Fashion Merchandising at The University of Georgia.
