Florence BA has a diverse work experience in various companies. Florence started their career at Chocolaterie CEMOI as an intern, where they focused on continuous improvement and reducing material waste. Florence then joined Barilla Group - Harry's as a Production Team Leader. After that, they worked at Coca-Cola European Partners as a Production Team Leader and later as an Upstream Team Leader. Florence is currently working at UPSA, where they first served as a Manual Processing Team Leader and then took on roles as the Validation Process and Utilities Site Manager, Site Technical Qualifications Manager, and currently as the CMO & New Product Launch Supply Chain Manager.
Florence BA's education history includes attending Ecole nationale d'Ingénieurs des Techniques des Industries agricoles et alimentaires from 2009 to 2012 where they earned a degree in Ingénieur Agroalimentaire with a focus on Ingénierie des Système de Production Alimentaire - Organisation industrielle.
