Jim Olson has over three decades of experience in quality assurance, business analysis, and operations, primarily with UPS since June 1993, holding various roles including Lead QA Analyst and Operations Supervisor. Prior to UPS, Jim served in the United States Army National Guard from September 1992 to January 2011 as a First Sergeant, and in the United States Army from April 1986 to August 1992 as an Armor Crewman. Jim Olson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance from Indiana University Southeast between 1994 and 2000.
