Mark Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mark began their career at UPS in 1989, progressing through various sales and operations positions before becoming the Vice President of Sales for UPS Capital. In 2007, they were promoted to Vice President of UPS Capital North America, where they focused on growing the insurance and working capital finance businesses. In 2014, Mark took on the role of Senior Vice President of Global Operations, leading a functional reorganization and consolidation effort. Mark then became President of UPS Capital in 2017, overseeing a 700-member workforce and driving revenue growth while optimizing operational expenses. Mark also served as a Board of Directors member for Kabbage, Inc from 2014 to 2020, and for UPS Capital Business Credit from 2018 to 2020. Before their career in business, Mark spent six years in the United States Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Sergeant and completing overseas deployments.
Mark Robinson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California State University-Sacramento, which they obtained between 1988 and 1991. Mark later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from National University, completing it from 1991 to 1993. In 2011, Mark attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business for an Executive Development Program. Lastly, in 2014, they participated in an Executive Development program titled "Integrating Finance and Strategy for Value Creation" at the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.
