Matthew Chillman is a Principal Scientist at Upperton Pharma Solutions, where work since July 2016 has focused on development and manufacturing, particularly in formulation development and spray drying of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products. Prior roles at Upperton included Senior Manufacturing Scientist and Project Scientist, emphasizing research and development across various pharmaceutical products. Prior to this, Matthew gained experience in customer service as a waiter at Village Urban Resorts from November 2011 to June 2016, enhancing communication and teamwork skills. Matthew holds an MChem degree in Chemistry from Loughborough University, awarded in 2016.
