Jodi Formolo has worked in the customer service industry since 2001. Jodi began their career at Wisconsin Public Service, where they held the role of Call Center Operations Manager and Call Center Process Leader from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they moved to Upper Peninsula Power Company, where they served as Director of Customer Service and Customer Operations Supervisor until 2015. In 2015, they became a Partner at Crispigna's Italian Market.
Jodi Formolo attended Kingsford High School prior to their higher education. Jodi then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management and Communications from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 1998.
