Jacob Clymer is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in the food service industry. Currently serving as Campus Chef at Upper Crust Food Service since October 2021, Jacob has held various significant roles including Executive Chef at Crowbar & Grill from February 2020 to October 2021, and Senior Cook at the University of Wyoming from July 2018 to February 2020. Additional experience includes positions such as Dining Services Supervisor at Edgewood Vista, Sous Chef at Cross Creek Country Club, and Cook at the Wyoming Governor's Residence. Jacob’s educational background includes a degree in Hospitality Management from Sheridan College, complemented by studies at the University of Wyoming.
