Caleb Thompson is an accomplished culinary professional and business owner with extensive experience in the food service industry. As the owner of Thompson Square Gardens Restaurant Company and executive chef at Upper Crust Food Service since 2020, Caleb focuses on developing healthy and culturally diverse dishes, catering to students from various fraternities and sororities. Previously, Caleb held roles as executive chef at the University of Oklahoma and catering specialist at Perkins Management Services Company, where expertise in event catering and food preparation for large groups was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes serving as a field operations specialist at Lane College and sous chef at GOURMET FOOD SERVICE GFS S.A., managing large-scale meal preparations for over 5,000 students daily.
