Mary Hackett has extensive experience in customer service and event management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Circulation Public Services Associate at Upper Arlington Public Library since March 2019, Mary excels in providing high-level support to patrons and was promoted from Library Page in March 2021. Previously, as a Product Coordinator at Blend Marketing, Mary established systems for product placement in retail stores and managed inventory effectively. Early career roles included founding and chairing Art Day at St. Agatha School, executing the school’s largest annual auction as Auction Chair, and managing events for Lane Bryant. Mary also has experience in training coordination at Signature Worldwide and public relations at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, complemented by a B.A. in Communication Arts from the University of Dayton.
