Jen Downing has extensive experience in library services, currently serving as a Librarian at Upper Arlington Public Library since October 2013. Prior to this role, Jen worked as an Adult Services Librarian at Worthington Libraries from October 2007 to October 2013 and began a career in bookselling at Half Price Books from January 2003 to October 2007. Additionally, Jen gained practical experience as a Practicum Student at Cleveland Heights-University Heights Public Library in the summer of 2007. Jen holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Kent State University (2005-2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Women's Studies from the University of Cincinnati (1998-2002).
