Caitlin Richard has extensive experience in library and information management, currently serving as a Cataloger and Branch Associate at Upper Arlington Public Library since October 2014. Prior roles include Content Licensing Coordinator at McGraw-Hill Education, where responsibilities included managing databases and processing invoices, and Community Research Analyst/Special Projects Manager at HandsOn Central Ohio, overseeing the implementation of a shelter system. Caitlin also worked as an Account Representative for Junior Library Guild, maintaining customer databases and providing consultative support to libraries. Early career experience includes a student worker position in the State of Louisiana's Office of Information Services. Caitlin holds a Master's of Library and Information Science from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Franciscan University of Steubenville.
