April Byrne has over 20 years of experience in education, currently serving as a 6th Grade Teacher at Upper Arlington City Schools since August 2003, focusing on Social Studies, Reading, and Math. Prior to this role, April taught 5th Grade at St. Andrew School and served as a long-term substitute teacher at Bexley City Schools, covering various grade levels. Earlier experience includes teaching 6th grade Social Studies at Heath City Schools. April Byrne holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education from The Ohio State University, obtained in 1998, and a Bachelor of Science in Education, also from The Ohio State University, earned in 1997.
