Sharice C. serves as the HR Operations Manager and HR Shared Services Team Leader at UPP since September 2020. Previously, Sharice worked as a People Lead Advisor at The Nottingham Building Society from December 2019 to September 2020 and held various roles including HR Consultant and HR Advisor at Nottingham City Council between December 2018 and December 2019. Earlier positions include People Adviser and People Assistant at The Nottingham Building Society from August 2016 to December 2018, as well as HR Shared Service Centre Team Member at Rolls-Royce in 2016. Additionally, Sharice coordinated Age Friendly Nottingham at Nottingham City Council from August 2015 to March 2016. Academic qualifications consist of a Master of Science in International Business and Human Resource Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management with Psychology, all obtained from the University of Derby between 2012 and 2019. Educational background also includes Bilborough 6th Form College and Big Wood School.
