Richard Eagles is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and operational management. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at UPP since November 2021, Richard leads strategic and operational recruitment efforts across corporate functions and residential services. Prior to this role, Richard worked as a Disability Employment Advisor at the Department of Work and Pensions and held positions at OSI Systems as Talent Acquisition Manager for the EMEA region, and at Penwood Rose Pty Ltd as Operations Manager for EMEA. Earlier career achievements include leading national teams at Randstad and serving as Principal Consultant for COMMSRESOURCES LIMITED in the APAC region, where Richard contributed to the establishment of a new business in Australia and New Zealand.
