Joseph Navarro has a diverse work experience in the field of design. In 2013, they started as a Graphic Designer at Banana Print before moving on to join Havas in 2014 as a Senior Graphic Designer. Joseph held this position until 2020. In 2018, Joseph transitioned to Gensler as a Sr Graphic Designer, where they worked until 2020. In 2021, they became an Art Director and later in 2023, they joined RMI-International as a Design Director.

Joseph Navarro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, where they studied from 2011 to 2013.
