Carolyn Wood, MBA, CPSP, currently serves as Vice President of Employee Benefits at UPMC, providing strategic oversight for healthcare and retirement plans supporting over 90,000 employees. Prior to UPMC, Carolyn was Senior Director of Retirement & Financial Benefits at Charter Communications, where responsibilities included overseeing a $10 billion retirement and deferred compensation program for approximately 100,000 employees. Carolyn's experience also includes leadership roles at Bimbo Bakeries USA, ARINC, Inc., Ohmeda, Inc., and Westinghouse Electric Company, focused on retirement benefits management, executive compensation, and financial analysis. Carolyn holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland, a BS in Computer-based Management Systems from Clarkson University, and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
