Mark Hatfield

Mark Hatfield has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Mark started their career at PwC as an Accountant and later became a Senior Consultant, leading Ariba eProcurement and Baan ERP implementation projects. In 2002, Mark joined UPM as an eBusiness Manager, responsible for strategy development and implementation. Mark then became the Marketing Development Manager for UPM Papers North America, where they developed sales and supply chain strategies. Mark later took on the role of Director, E-Business, leading the digitization strategy for UPM's Communication and Specialty Papers Business Area. Mark also served as a Program Director for a large-scale order entry project and as a Project Director for customer online platform and extranet solutions. Overall, Mark Hatfield has a strong background in project management, digitalization, and business process improvement.

Mark Hatfield attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting and Finance. Mark also obtained a certification as a Dare to Lead Trained professional in 2020.
