Mateusz Jaroszyk is an experienced Process Engineer at UPM Raflatac since November 2014, where responsibilities include managing the entire linerless label coating and converting process. Previously held the position of Junior Process Engineer, coordinating daily production operations and improvement activities alongside the Production Manager in the Linerless coating product department, while also addressing efficiency and collaboration with maintenance and quality departments. Earlier experience includes roles as Shift Lead and Machine Operator at Hutchinson Poland from April 2014 to September 2014. Mateusz Jaroszyk completed an Inżynier (Inż.) degree in inżynieria zarządzania from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław between 2019 and 2023.
