Alicja Paniczek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and account management, currently serving as Customer Service Team Leader and previously as Customer Service Coordinator at UPM Raflatac since March 2021. Prior to this, Alicja spent over a decade at Intralox, where roles included Account Manager for the Food Team in Central and Eastern Europe and Account Representative for the German and Polish Food Markets, focusing on managing client portfolios, coordinating cross-border commercial projects, and identifying innovative product opportunities. Additional experience includes a role as Channel Account Representative at Avnet Technology Solutions and as Key Account Manager at Rinf Sp. z o.o., where responsibilities ranged from coordinating order processes to managing key accounts. Alicja holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, complemented by educational experience at the School of Management and Banking in Crakow.
