Siva Kumar Thanikachalam is a seasoned BIM Manager with extensive experience in managing in-house BIM teams and overseeing complex projects within the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. Currently associated with U+A since November 2022 and Omnix International since December 2017, Siva Kumar has successfully coordinated significant projects, including collaborations with contractors and the establishment of BIM documentation standards. Previous roles include positions at Promedia Qatar Company, HBK Contracting Company, and Larsen & Toubro, where responsibilities ranged from project coordination and technical guidance to model preparation and civil engineering tasks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Sathyabama University and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai.
