Andriy Gubynskyi is the Founder and CEO of Craft Innovations, a global research and CX/UX design firm, since December 2018. In addition, Andriy serves as a mentor in the Star Venture Program at EBRD, helping startups scale and find product-market fit, and holds the position of President at Board Toronto, a community for Ukrainian entrepreneurs in Canada. Andriy is an expert-counsel for the Ukrainian Startup Fund, partner at Uployal, and a visiting lecturer at MIM-Kyiv Business School and International Institute of Business, focusing on product design and digital transformation. Previous experience includes Chief Marketing Officer at SYNTEGRA LLC and advisory board membership at toBenchmark. Educational qualifications include an MBA from International Management Institute (MIM-Kyiv) and executive education at MIT Sloan.
