John Suay has a solid background in operations and management, currently serving as the Head of B2C Operations at SAVii since August 2019, with prior roles as Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager within the same company. Before joining SAVii, John held the position of Unit Manager at Genpact from September 2018 to August 2019 and was a Fraud Prevention Manager at Remitly from July 2017 to August 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as a Service Manager at QBE Insurance from June 2013 to March 2017 and as a Fraud Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from March 2011 to May 2013. John Suay's educational background includes an Associate of Science in Adult Health Nurse/Nursing from Far Eastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Makati.
