Erica Morgenstein currently serves as the Senior Director of Sales Operations at Uplight, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Erica was the Director of Commercial Operations at Mirah from July 2022 to December 2023 and held multiple roles at Enel X, including Director of Sales Operations and Senior Manager of Business Operations, from October 2018 to July 2022. Erica began the career at EnerNOC, progressing from Manager of Business Operations to Senior Manager, where significant achievements included ERP implementation, ASC 606 compliance, and contract management improvements. Erica's experience also encompasses roles as Assistant Softball Coach at Providence College and Coaching Assistant at Harvard University. Erica holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. in Finance from Providence College.
