Nicole Arbiv, CPA, currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Uplifted, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole was with LawGeex from April 2018 to June 2023, where progressive titles included Director of Legal Operations, Director of Customer Success, and Onboarding Director for Customer Success, focusing on operational efficiency, customer retention, and strategic planning. Nicole also has extensive experience at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, managing operations and budgets for legal teams globally, as well as at Hewlett Packard in Israel and Orpak Systems, where financial management and reporting were key responsibilities. Career beginnings include roles at Kesselman & Kesselman (PwC) and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, focusing on auditing practices. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Accounting from the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business in 2002.
