Toya D. Releford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event management, strategic partnerships, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Family & Scholar Experience at Uplift Education since August 2016, Toya is responsible for the strategic direction of special events, family engagement, and scholar experience initiatives. Previously, Toya held various leadership roles within Uplift Education, including Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing & Event Management and Director of Special Events, where responsibilities included managing network-wide events and fostering relationships with community stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles with Fort Worth ISD and The University of Tulsa, where Toya focused on community partnerships and marketing promotions for athletics. Toya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Oklahoma State University.
