Shavini Ranasinghe is a skilled professional currently serving as a Monitoring and Evaluation Associate at IESC - Improving Economies for Stronger Communities since April 2023. Previously, Shavini held roles as a trainee and community sector intern at Transparency International Sri Lanka from December 2021 to February 2023, and gained valuable experience as a project intern with the International Youth Alliance for Peace from November 2021 to March 2022. Shavini's early involvement includes serving as an ambassador for the International Model United Nations from February 2021 to April 2021. Shavini earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka, completing studies from January 2017 to April 2022, after finishing advanced level education at Vishaka Balika Vidyalaya Sapugaskanda.
