Toby Hottovy has held various leadership positions in the tech industry since 2001. Currently, serving as the SVP, GM, and GM Sales Effectiveness Business Unit at Upland Software, previously holding titles such as VP of Product and Engineering for ESM at the same company. Prior to Upland Software, Toby worked at Marex Group and Nelnet Business Solutions in technical and support roles. Toby graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems.
